We strive to make our customers happy. When you place your order for a dog or a trailer product we may seem to ask a lot of questions but...it’s all for a good cause. We try and match you up what you have in mind with what we have to offer. We are very proud of our dogs & products and we think you will be too.
Buying a dog: Anytime a dog changes hands there will be an adjustment period. Especially with a working animal. This is normal and with a little time and patience there is almost always a happy ending. And everyone works a dog just a little differently...sort of like changing dancing partners after a lifetime of dancing with just one person. So it’s give and take and learn the new steps and everyone has fun.
We can give you a list of the dogs’ basic commands, habits & idiosyncrasies and the open telephone line or
e-mail to ask any questions or problems that might come up. This has worked well in the past to making many new hunting partners the best yet.
Refund Policy: Custom/Stock items must be prepaid in full upon order placement. Custom/Stock items are not returnable nor refundable. Dogs are not refundable nor returnable.
